Mike is a Air Force veteran with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, industrial, and private security.
He specializes in active threat response, team training, and threat assessment....bringing real-world knowledge into every training he leads here at COREGUARD Solutions. Mike is passionate about helping churches, businesses and nonprofits build strong, prepared safety teams while staying grounded in their faith and mission.
His goal is simple: equip others to protect with confidence, clarity, and purpose...without fear.
Gary Kiener
Gary brings over 30 years of law enforcement experience to COREGUARD Solutions, serving as a retired Deputy Sheriff with a deep passion for safety, training, and protecting others.
He specializes in firearms instruction, church and organizational safety, active threat response, and practical self-defense. Known for his clear, down-to-earth teaching style, Gary equips individuals and teams with real-world skills that are easy to understand and apply when it matters most.
Most importantly, Gary’s faith in Jesus guides his mission....serving others with integrity, purpose, and a heart for keeping communities safe
Tara Klebowski
Tara brings passion, leadership, and heart to everything she does at COREGUARD Solutions. As a nonprofit founder, community advocate, and experienced leader with a strong background in marketing, sales, public relations, and community engagement, she has spent over a decade serving families, organizing outreach efforts, and helping build stronger communities.
She is deeply dedicated to building meaningful relationships and helping organizations grow with purpose. Tara is also a passionate advocate for those living with invisible and chronic illnesses, using her voice to support, encourage, and raise awareness about the daily challenges many face in silence.
As a proud military spouse and woman of faith, Tara leads with integrity, compassion, and strength. She believes safety and protection should always be rooted in preparedness and genuine care for others. Her faith, dedication to service, and heart for people keep COREGUARD Solutions grounded in its mission of protecting and serving the community.
